Why it works

Most people start the day behind

Before a single drop of sweat, average intakes already sit under the reference amounts. Add a hard session and the gap gets wider. Here is what the published data says.

48% Are magnesium deficient
89% Are potassium deficient
35% Are creatine deficient
76% Are dehydrated

Intake figures from NHANES via the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements; hydration figures from Arnaoutis et al. and a published meta analysis of 33 studies. Intake below a reference amount is a shortfall, not a clinical deficiency or a diagnosis, and none of this is medical advice.

My 15yo found these at Lakepoint. Personally, I have tried these and they’re SO good. Especially compared to the chalky creatine tablets. I have no idea how he was doing those. Will continue! :)
